Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our daughter is on a wheat, dairy free diet because of a allegic condition called EE and we have tried making our own bread, every gluten free bread mix and every gluten free bread we could find, fresh and frozen, nothing tasted the same to our 11 year old. I spotted your mix in the supermarket and thought Id give it a go. I made bread rolls and they had only just cooled and our daughter had one scoffed in a minute. I had one to try and couldnt believe the taste, I couldnt tell it was gluten free. I will be making more and freezing them for my daughter to take to school

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have missed "real" bread so much and your product is simply amazing. It tastes good, is soft and crunchy, and I wouldn't have a problem serving it to anyone who isn't on a restricted diet - I don't even think they'd notice the difference. People are going to get sick of me telling them how good it is!

Finally, after years of trying GF bread mixes that claim to be wonderful, I have found a product that actually tastes like REAL bread. Many, many, thanks to the team who developed this bread mix. Thanks for tthe great tasting bread. However, for some reason when it has cooled it feels quite sticky and moist on the outside. Almost like the crust has been brushed with honey like substance. What am I doing wrong?

:lol: I work in the disability feel and have students with gluten free. We have trouble finding fresh bread and decided that I made it to test out the Crusty Bread pack. I recently atttend the Gluten Free show in Sydney where I obtain the Crusty Bread packet. I decided to try the bread maker machine as it is much quicker. To my surprised it worked... No problems at all. Even so I peep into my bread maker machine many times to hope its all going well. Then in 1.50mins later.. I had yummy fresh Crusty Bread. I am impressed with the product. I did the exact same instruction ingredients as on the pack except I just put it all in the bread maker machine and let go.. Here are the phots of my yummy bread.. Thanks guys.. :lol:
