The recommended 1 hour rising time prior to cooking, I have put it in a warm switched off oven and also in a large fry pan with boiling water in the base and lid on but it rises very little any handy hints?
Also is there a way to refreshen the bread if it goes stale? I have to cook it 2 days prior to christmas day? Many Thanks. Gwyn

This bread is simply perfect. You blew me away at a recent gluten free expo with this unbelievably normal bread! I was diagnosed with coeliac disease about 25 years ago, my daughter just earlier this year. I resolved she would be spared a childhood of stale rice cakes, expecting my search for a decent sandwich for her would be a long and losing battle. But then I found you. Honestly, I can't thank you enough. I tell everyone about you. Our dietician, mums of kids with allergies, friends, random strangers.. ok, kidding on that part.. I don't know if companies like yours appreciate the full benefit of your products. You make life without gluten normal. Food isn't difficult anymore. You really did it with this bread though. You've made the only real tasting and textured bread I have ever come across.

I am absolutely delighted with your Gluten Free French Stick. Thank you so much! Being a first time bread maker, I was so surprised that it was such a success. A coeliac for ten years, I have not come across a bread that tastes SO GOOD and with a texture like real bread. To me, taste is high priority. I'm looking forward to making a sandwich for my lunch at work tomorrow.Thank you again....I'll be trying all your other products now.
